Week 4 Work-outs

Hi everyone! This week we will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am at the Willow Tree near the baseball diamond. Saturday, July 11 we hope to see you all at the Long Distance Running Clinic we are hosting at Layton High. Registration is from 7:30-8:30 then the work-shops go from 8:30-11:30. See the previous post if you want more details. Please make it a priority to come and support the team!

Monday:
B: Warm-up/cool-down 15min
G: Warm-up/cool-down 10min
4x 3min fast with 2minute recovery; 2x60s hill

Tuesday:
Recovery run
B: 30min
G: 15min

Wednesday:
B: Warm-up/cool-down 15min
G: Warm-up/cool-down 10min
12min tempo

Thursday:
Recovery run
B: 30min
G: 15min

Friday:
Long Run G: 38min
B: 45min

Saturday:
Recovery run
