Spring Break Workouts
During spring break everyone will need to work-out on their own. It is extremely important to do the work-outs so that you keep momentum from earlier this season going. We have a race the Wednesday that you return and an invitational on the weekend. Following spring break we have a race every Wednesday and an invitational on the weekend. Therefore, if you want to do well you must work hard! As a "thumbs-up" for checking the blog over spring break I will be giving you a "surprise" all you have to do is leave a comment with your first name (if you share your name with someone else on the team just leave your name and first initial.) I will add additionals posts later today with the work-outs and throughout the week so keep checking in!
